Drumroll, here it is the very first edition of “Crush – Lust – Stalk” where I am harassing interior designers, stylists, artists, and your fave bloggers. I am thrilled to bits that the ever so sassy, “tell it like it is”, creative genius Sarah Akwisombe has agreed to play along (yes, the instagrammer that I stalk, eeek!)
As you can imagine, I nearly jumped out of my chair & did a wee dance around the kitchen when Sarah said yes. 100% Girl Crush. Sarah is one cool chic & is the founder of the No Bull Blog School . She’s got great style (hello platinum hair & hip specs), a unique creative vibe, is seriously inspiring, and a lot of fun to watch on stories.
She’s out there making her dreams a reality from revamping AirBnB flats, mastering the finer details of photography, appearing in eBay’s Christmas ads and helping regular folks build their blogs & businesses through her NBBS. Just reading her posts & blog has given me the push I needed to just get on with it.

Crush … Seletti x toiletpaper collection. Even though it is a few seasons old, Sarah loves that it’s fabulously trashy.
Lust … A vintage brass Sciolari chandelier.
Stalk … Nadia Lee Cohen – a scottish photographer who creates amazing pop style surrealist images.
Sarah would jump on a plane and snag the keys to Don & Megan Draper’s Manhattan apartment from MadMen. Sunken seating, 60s glam and a well stocked bar! I can just imagine the crazy parties Sarah would throw.
At the moment, Sarah’s proud of her recently revamped bedroom – “It’s a bit less in your face than the rest of our flat with a 50s vibe pastels. Lavender carpet, a chartruese armchair, green velvet bed. A little bit of luxe.” Oh la la lovely, I say! See the full before & after reveal on Sarah’s blog.
